125th Anniversary
First Church will celebrate her 125th anniversary on Sunday, March 25, 2012.
The first services were begun March 26, 1887, in the City Hall. A Sunday School was organized the following day. Regular meetings began, April 1, which were followed by communion and “social” services. The following year (1888), the congregation was formally organized and the first building erected.
First Church has a rich history in Owosso and that is worth celebrating.

Our journey begins January 29 during the 10:30 worship service and adult Bible study on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m.
Weather Policy
Just a reminder of our policy regarding winter weather. Sunday morning services will not be canceled. If there is a storm on Wednesdays, cancelations will be posted on the website by 2:00 p.m. and we will send out email announcements.
